Going to bed at 154# and totally loaded up on glycogen from an entire week of stuffing myself in preparation for the brutal program I've designed to torture myself with at the gym!
I'm actually so excited to see what I can do now! This was my first break since going into full-throttle carb mode! It used to be just a mental reason to take a week off every couple months... now, it's actually been a break with a deliberate purpose: gain energy and restore muscle power!
I'll be dreaming of soreness then waking to make my dreams come true lol! Yaaaaay! I'm so happy to get to go back again! Oh thou, my gym... how I hath missed thee so! 💪
