today i went overboard. a lot and i didnt say no. the food was amazing. its been a couple of days limiting my calories. ill be full whole of today. strange thing before the cappuccino when i had enough of the food. i didnt finish it, my heart rate has gone up i can notice it. after the cappuccino it has gone up again. i feel my chest bhu bhu , bhu bhu. lol.
