I cannot believe I was just able to consume a whole pound of barbeque (14.5 oz of sliced brisket and 1 of my wife's ribs from her full rack)! Plus the cornbread and bottle of Mike's Hard... soooooooooo satisfying!
All pre-planned, so it was all to fuel up for tomorrow's big workout 😊. I love this flexible diet stuff!
