Today was a good day. Ate a variety of healthy home made foods and still managed a sneaky chocolate in there somewhere. Had an awesome moderate weight lifting session and just feel good and healthy. I’m not trying to lose weight. More trying to gain a bit of muscle and lower my fat percentage. Allowing my body to guide me as I listen to what it needs and hoping along the way I find the bulls eye that allows me to reach my goal. It’s all trial and error at this point, but very hopeful 💪
