I love roast potatoes! And yes, I agree... listening to our bodies can be a good thing if we are at least honest with ourselves about our lifestyle choices. But most importantly it keeps me from being obsessed with perfection and instead helps me maintain a healthy relationship with food that also works in my favour. I believe our bodies tell us a lot about the kind of fuel we put in to keep it going. 😊

Inzaners, no I don’t eat breakfast on most days. Im just not a morning eater. I usually just eat an early lunch and a sizeable dinner :)
