Last night was not a good night, I gave in to cravings and had a binge on buttery popcorn and far too many choc chip cookies. I knew i shouldnt eat them i felt bad the whole time and yet I had an inability to stop shoving them in my face

Just make up for it today. Lower ur calories in order to make it even out. If normally u consume 1200 a day then because of the binge, today u could eat half of those calories. Its not a train smash, it happens to the best of us. I take appetite suppressants because I know I can easily give in to my cravings.

We all relapse. trust me i know! just wash out your body with water intake and calorie deficit
