I went over what I wanted to eat today. I had TWO toasted cheese sandwiches (gluten free bread, dairy free cheese). I somehow hurt my back and can barely walk without pain. So I had a bit of a hard day physically and emotionally. Hoping to be able to get a good night's rest and have a better day tomorrow.

I can't seem to make any progress. I'm constantly between 76.1 and 76.8. I added some more yoga and walking so hopefully that makes a difference. It's not always possible with a 7 month old.

Half past 12 in the morning and I probably ate 6 oreos right now. I'm going to pay for them at my next weight in for sure! Didn't do lots of exercise the last couple of days but getting into it this week. Also landed a new job with longer hours than what I was hoping for so I could stay home with my son more, but I really really need this right now. Hopefully being more away from home will stop me from munching everything I see!
