I went over what I wanted to eat today. I had TWO toasted cheese sandwiches (gluten free bread, dairy free cheese). I somehow hurt my back and can barely walk without pain. So I had a bit of a hard day physically and emotionally. Hoping to be able to get a good night's rest and have a better day tomorrow.
