This drop is probably due to water but I'm taking it :-)

I expected a gain especially after injuring my ankle a month ago and I haven't been able train as I normally do. It's slowly getting better and I am going to start trying to train a bit more now.

I haven't been weighing in as I am now using measurements to track my progress because of all the weight training I do.

I will weigh in monthly when I do my photos and see how it goes...

Last night I did a double back to back H.E.A.T class at Virgin Active. I cannot believe how energised I felt after doing both classes...

It is one class I can definitely recommend, just not if you do legs in the morning lol

A small drop which I am happy with. Did my measurements last week Friday and have lost a total of 39cm in 6 weeks. After seeing that I am not really worried about the scale...
