first time in my healthy living lifestyle hitting the 70 point something today. feels so good knowing my target is 0,4 kgs away. I've been working so hard. I feel Crossfit helped a lot with intermittent fasting. have not been strict, still enjoying food pleasures but man I love the way I feel and how my body is looking💖😄

Been a while. 1.5kgs to goal. have joined Crossfit and loving it. it's only been 1 month but yep I can see my body changing 💃. I'm now no longer worried too much about the scale. More about how my body looks, feels and fit in clothes. I must say, I'm happy ☺.

looking good. very happy with these results. i just seem to strugglw with working out more. i just want to be more toned but weights just kill me. can't even do pushups properly coz can't handle my body weight. but will keep pushing. it will get easier.
