Honestly, I don't have a diet but if I did I would have followed it poorly. That being said I can see the difference in my body which as boosted my confidence over the last month.
P.S drinking water in winter is THE WORST.

First weight loss in AGES! I am beyond excited and can't believe it's possible. I was giving up hope and knowing I can actually do it is so inspiring and refreshing. So grateful and more determined to get active than ever before!

Weightloss is something I had thought would come more naturally, I'd thought committing to myself would be something I'd want enough to have the discipline and yet I'm still failing. I look at other people dieting and exercising and fitting in the same hectic work schedule I have and wonder how in the world they do it. My boyfriend is naturally inclined to exercise and to be honest it's great motivation seeing him leave the house to go for a run, bu it doesn't seem to be enough to get me to actually just get up. Once I've started exercising it's amazing and I feel super proud of myself, so much so I keep it going for 2 days and THEN... back to the same old same old slump. I know my biggest issue, correction issues are: motivation and discipline. I don't know I'm like a sheep, without team mates nothing happens, but even then things like a park run aren't enough. I'm annoyed with the same old cycle, but hopefully today we start again and what's better than a 21-day lock down. LOL

Discipline has for the longest time been my greatest weakness. Any excuse to escape. No,no escape,because it honestly feels horrible being unable to keep a promise to myself, but rather I just don't want people to see me. It's crazy, I've always had a vision board and now, only now are the words of motivation becoming useful in difficult times. Ugh, long way to go

The past couple of weeks have been horrendous. I gained weight, which I didn't think was possible. I'm tired and sluggish and feeling SO lazy it's ridiculous. Anyway, today I decided to hop back up and try AGAIN. I don't want another fat girl summer.
