Breakfast
Jungle Oats (I added 1 tablespoon nespray) 😎 its tasty yebo. And I also added cinnamon it makes a variation of 👅 My oats is always 4 tablespoons. 1/2 teaspoon.

A little shift is good. It’s been fluctuation this whole week between 88 kg& 89 kg so I’ll put my weight right now at 89 kg. I don’t want to betray myself I’m targeting 85 kg by month end of OCT🤞🏽

Snacking. This is little Incan eat times five of this snack. But we are watching calories and this snack was weighed in just to check calories. It’s 201 cal combined ✌🏽

Breakfast was delicious. Starting right. Yesterday was bad I ate a lot chicken steak word roti & sweet and sour sauce my weakness at a braai. Woke up so hungry & made a healthy breakfast. Eggs Bread low GI Sasko & Coffee.
