Alright missed my check in yesterday, The weigh in is usually done on yesterday. But I'm still working on that one lol. No ,The last post I was talking about the workout. I did do what I said I was going to do. Had a good workout yesterday. That was my positive. and I'm happy to say that I'm in the right direction. I'm slow but going. I hope everyone day is going well. We got this. I'll keep moving.

Happy Friday to everyone. Jumped in here while it was on my mind. Ok so last I posted was about the distractions. and I'm still feeling over whelmed with everything I got going on. I've been watching my weight as it sturdy rises. Eating not focused on what and whys. Just caught up. So I decided all is not lost. this thing is not new to me. But what I'm going to do about it is what will make the difference. I won't post my weight until it get back where it shows here now. AND as soon as I sign out of here. I'm doing me some exercise. I see coming here does help me have that sense of accountability. So today I'm encouraged. I hope all of you are doing well, and that you have a safe and blessed weekend. I'll keep moving...

Ok I'm slipping lol, But if it's not one thing then it is another. When I look at it. that is apart of my life even when I want to do something that I really want to do for myself. distractions come. That is what's going on with me right now. But this time I'm not going to let go. When I fall I get back up. If I have to refocus on anything, I will do that. My goal is still there to be met. I'm still believing I will reach it. I hope everyone is having a wonderful day. I'll keep moving...

Ok now this weight is going up. But I do know why. I've been consumed with those classes yet trying to set my day in order to be more watchful in what I do with or in it. I do know this. If I don't come here or write things down. My focus just goes away. I don't know why this is that way but it is. However this is another day and I'm still here. I'll be ok. I know I will. I'll keep moving....
