Hey everyone. I hope your day is going well. Just getting out of class, so I thought, let me just come in while I was at the computer. I'm about to get that workout in. And see what happens the rest of day lol. We got this thing. I'll keep moving....

A long day it seem. the studies seem to be getting intense. but I know that I will be ok. I'm sometime missing in action because of it. When I think about coming in, I look at the time and say I'll get in tomorrow. That sort of thing. But I don't have anything to complain about I'm still doing the exercises and all of the others things that I have to get done. Today I'm good. I hope everyone of you are seeing progress as you move alone your journey, I still say we can do this thing. I'll keep moving....

It is a great Sunday night for me. The day was filled with many things that I was catching up on. I went up again in weight. Now I want to say it is behind those work outs. that is what happen when I do them like I suppose to and it is also the reason I stop doing them. Then the weight seem to drop. Someone need to tell me what they know or think is going on here. You that are working out, Is this what suppose to happen should I stay the course. I do know that even though the weight went up, there seem to be a change in the body shape. I've been doing well with it. I want to keep it going. I hope this day has been a great one for all of you and that you are doing good with your changes that you are making. as for me I'll keep moving....

Man The rain just keep coming. However I'm still doing ok. I did get that workout in. If nothing else I feel much better for doing them. I really want to get the hang of just cutting out the snacks that I like. I don't know why that is so hard for me to do. I think they are the enemy lol. But I've been in the dropping weight class. and I'm going again. slow but sho. yes indeed. Ok I say this, We got this we can get the job done. you fall get back up. I'll keep moving.

Another day, as I continue working on sorting out my day, I believe it will all fall in place for me shortly, just really need to work on getting in bed sooner, That one is just hard. My class was a morning class today and having to get up after going to bed late is just rough. Anyway I'm here and today is my workout day, I will get it in. everything else seem to be going well. My weight is hanging in place right now, may be due to the workout and what come alone with it as I try to get my body to go where I'm trying to take it lol. Overall I'm good. I hope everyone's day be a great one. We can do this, no matter what everything around us look like. I'll keep moving....
