How much veggies are you eating per day? Been watching some Keto videos and the recommendation was 7-10 cups of veggies per day! ☠ I have no idea how to get through so many veggies in one day! 😂😂

What's a good brand of raw/unfiltered ACV? I've seen some apple cider vinegar that looks kind of 'weak' - like the colour wasn't right or something.

Week 3 of I.F.
Surprisingly, quite a tough-ish week. Week 1 & 2 were a breeze but I'm finding it more difficult to meet my caloric requirements, I'm less hungry when I'm actually eating - is that even a thing 😂. I'm always at a caloric deficit - which helps - but seem to be hungrier during the fasting period. Not sure if it's actual "stomach hunger" or "mind hunger" coz I know I'm not eating enough. Sigh.

I feel like there's something "special" about the weekends... the urge for a "cheat meal/day" is SO HIGH, like on another level 😂 My mom's having a huge party tomorrow (it's a milestone birthday) and best believe there's gonna be soooooo many temptations!! I'm just gonna pray to the Diet Gods to get me through this weekend!! 💪 Also, can someone fix the cheat-effect of weekends, thanks in advance.
