Hi all so was not feeling well this weekend , took a lot of meds. And to top it off this that time of a month , so did not weigh in this morning. So I think the scale this morning would not have been good to me. Have a great week 😃

wasn't a good day today. Still on leave and finding it so hard to eat healthy. But one thing I have learnt is that I have to count calories and weigh in, and definitely I have to see it here to be accountable for what I am doing. Just thinking out loud sorry. Have a good evening all TC
