Hi guys it's been a rough month covid really got to my hubby n I. Not sure if a blessings but I have lost 4kgs. Now comes the tough part keeping it off. Hope you all have a great day.

Morning omg this looks like a good loss for two weeks but this is due a terrible throat infection. Can't get solid foods down. in so much pain especially at nite. My scare is am.I gonna put on more weight when I do eventually start to eat normal. sOrry to use this platform as my consulting session.

Good Evening all , can someone help I purchased chai seeds today , heard so much about this . If anyone have tried it I would like to hear about your experience and does it work , and I would love to know how I must use it. Thanks guys and be safe
