Finally broke into the double digits, thank you Lord😭. On Day 6 of water fast, thinking of breaking my fast tomorrow. Lets see how it plays out..

Day 5 of my water fast. This has been such a tremendous experience. The first time a tried was a month back and had severe muscle cramps that drove me to breaking my fast on the 4th day. My intake of electrolyte were not good I suppose and my body might have been in shock. Man am I motivated this time, the clarity is insane. Didn't have a good nights rest so I'll pay for that today but I'm not going to give up. I weighed in at a whopping 112kg at the end of Nov and I've finally reached 100kg with sweat and tears. Ready for the double digits!
