Had a tough week! Mentally & emotionally drained. Plus the witch is in town🙄. Preparing for our Easter challenge, let's do this @Pollylock and team! Then.. I'm looking at joining a hiking team, any recommendations in Cape Town? I would say beginner level to start, as uphill and I are not the best of friends yet.

The scale has gone up however my tummy and thighs have shrunk🤷‍♀️ the body is a strange thing. Think it might be water retention. Anyways I'm preparing for a hike today. All the best FS peeps, make wise choices over the weekend

First attempt at Zumba and I'm soaked🥵. Why have I never tried it before, so much fun. Adding to exercise routine for sure.

Down 20kg💪😭 Just completed a 20km hike. Had you asked me 3 months ago it would have been impossible. What a journey this has been. Could not have done it without the support of my family and friends, above all else God walking this path with me. Can only get better from here. I'm ready!
