Day 5 of 28 day challenge
Done and dusted. Taking 1 day at a time.
NSV is to feel healthier and be in control of my eating habits.. IF NSV feeling mire energetic and no unnecessary snacking.
Today I met up with my sisters and just drank water. I even bought me sparkling water instead of cooldrink. I must continue to make it a lifestyle.
I'm not doing any formof exercise but I'm keeping myself busy. Today hubby suggested that the family must start walking together again, especially our Saturday walks.
Looking forward to some lifestyle changes.

Had to eat something at midnight due to shoulder pain. I had double cream plain yoghurt, pineapple and strawberries. Usually I would have eaten just a slice of bread. NSV...limit carbs.

Started exercising on Monday...just a 30 min p.d. I had to start moving in order to improve my health. Exercise also stimulates the "feeling good " hormones.
The challenge is to stay committed to the program for 30 days... I know I can do it.💪🏻
