I have not been here since May only because it forces me to see my failures. This losing weight thing is tough - it's more emtional than anything else. I'm so disappointed in all of my failed attempts and I'm afraid others will see the same in me. The daily stress never seems to take a break but everyone has stress. How do they sort it out and cope?

I need to ask myself how important it is that I lose the weight.
I need to ask myself what I'm willing to do to get to goal weight.
I need to be honest and ask myself if I have the patience to do this.
This will show my level of commitment.
