Fell off the wagon yesterday...Eisha ..So a clean and tidy weekend for me ..but I have learned that the next day is a new day to correct.

so I have been wondering if I have lost weight..I know I did but the suspense is killing me ..I last weighed myself 31Jan weight was 116.2kg ..however I started in Jan 03 @127.6kg...so that was my actual start weight..weighing on 27th this month as I have to go for my medical fitness assessment..current calories a day is 1400...feeling good most days but some days are just plain walking on broken glass..Will update 27thFeb2018.

Hi everybody..my name is Tanya and I started my weight loss journey on 03 jan18...been at it .Start weight 127.45kg..Gyming 4/5 times a week doing cardio 40min heart rate when training 155/160 constant for 30min..total loss for Jan 18 was 11kg ...yes I have my bad days where I beat myself up ..but my main focus this year is LOVE MYSELF..BE KIND TO MYSELF..and treating my body with the respect it deserves.
Things that has helped me this far..
I cut sugar and refined carbs .
Gym hard hr155/160..40mins per session.
Forgive yourself if you have a bad day or meal.
Do it for yourself and no one else .
Don't rely on outside support or opinions of others.Do it for you.
Don't expect quick results it took time for our bodies to be in the position it is in.
Enjoy the journey.Have fun.
Lots of water.
Eat from a smaller plate .We eat far to much as portions now days aren't as they used to be.
The above has worked for me ..Good luck to all members..We deserve to feel amazing.
