I'm here it took alot to get me here...I did it without exercising,Trials happened and I went back to 128,6kg but after just clean eating im at 121,6-120,7 kg now hv been for the past two weeks ...I'm thinking its time I exercise to push me further.
If there's one thing I know, the self control i now see in myself can only come from God .
