day off = meal prep for work next couple days.
breakfast @ work - fat free greek yogurt with fruit and mini egg/veggie/sausage cups
lunch @ work - turkey club with pepperjack cheese spread and low fat cottage cheese
dinner @ home - chicken meatloaf muffins with taters and broccoli/butternut squash on side
that is less then my 1500 cal intake, lets see if i can stay on track. need protein boosters in my diet so i dont have the urge to snack at work in boredom. water helps, but its water 😂
