I stepped on a scale today I was actually surprised to see that I lost a kilo. I’ve been counting my calories and skipping rope for 10 minutes daily. It’s been 4 days and I’m planning to continue this for two weeks and see how my body will take it..wish me luck ..

I’m doing intermittent fasting and I want to try the carnivore diet just for 3 days and see if it’ll work for me. Please feel free to give me tips if you’ve tried it before 👍🏾..
