134!!! 🎉 I've lost almost 50 pounds 🥹🥳 Mostly in the kitchen, since I was bedridden with a spinal cord injury for the better part of a year, but I'm 80% recovered from that horror show now and continue to rebuild muscle, work on my balance and eat right. I'm back!!! 🤩💕

focusing on 100g quality protein, low glycemic/in season local veg & wild berries. Squats, stretching for flexibility, and hydration. (and the occasional treat) 😁
