Time to restart, the little treats turned into big treats and now I have to cut out some sugar and start exercising again time to get to 50 sjoe

Wow I really fudged up this Festive, once you start being a little easy on yourself it can go downhill. Havent exercised in two weeks and my bad habits started creeping up. I realize how important logging everything I eat is, need to start doing it daily again and try and do some damage control, im sure I gained back at least 2kg. My sweet tooth is back with a vengeance, the worst part is having to start all over again and work on resistance plus getting used to the regular exercise. Nevertheless what a freat holiday of family and friends and good food, its been fun

December, a lovely time for relaxation, family, friends and great nights out-a nightmare for a diet, lol ive just told myself I will have to take it easy and not stress too much about it, for now I will try and be good to make room for those afternoon cocktails and all the Christmas foods but I will accept that I will probably definitey not lose any weight during this time.
