Been difficult to ride outside due to people burning plastic in the park for months now. It doesn't just affect our lungs...

Note to self

Been doing the following for a bit and it seems to be sustainable/feel good (for me):

Very small breakfast - lots of coffee and sugar (2 - 3 cups with 5-10 grams of sugar each)

Smallish lunch (e.g a bit of soup and a piece of bread with butter)

Big dinner - loads of rice and protein.

Snacking on fruit if at all.

Probably still clocking in 1200 - 1500 cals but the trick is saving the calories for the evening when I'm most hungry. Much easier to stick to the limit this way. Self control is also easier in the morning (at the moment anyway).

Haven't been logging on app but working it out in my head (logging is definitely better).

Can bench press and deadlift my bodyweight. It's time to end the bulk and start leaning out. New goal 72kg.

Trying creatine for 2 months, so some water weight expected.

Some muscle gain as well (2 hours, 5 days/week has to do something).

Water retention from not doing cardio for 3 months as well.

Looking leaner and more muscular than at 69 Kg. Still some fat to lose, so goal weight remains at 70 Kg for now.
