Being a musician is tougher on the body than people think. Gigs are basically the equivalent of doing an hour of lifting, followed by three 45 minute HIIT sessions, followed by another hour of lifting... all while doing shots of whiskey. So for that reason I am here on MFP for round 2. 2022 goal: Get the weight down so I can fit into my stage jackets for our New Years Eve gigs.
