Hi everyone. I am 39 yo mother of three teenagers.
I was controlling my weight whole life. I cannot say I didn't succeed, but also it was't the weight I wanted. It was ok, but still to many kilos. My height is 5'5ft (167cm) and my weight usually was between 141-147 lbs (64-67kg). But during lockdown I gained some weight and I was shocked after not weighing myself for couple of months when scales showed 158lbs (72kg). Of course, it is not so much and some people just dream about such weight, but I was so upset with that.
So I decided to get back my old body.
I returned my old 65 kg and decided not to give up my new better eating habits, so weight keeps going down.
So main thing - healthy weight and healthy diet, so almost no sugar, no white flour, less gluten, more veggies, veggies, veggies!!! Trying to eat less animal products because of cholesterol level control. We really do not need so much of meat and milk.
I don't go to the gym. I love exercising at home. By the way, I have autoimmune thyroiditis, which gives me fatigue and brain fog if I start eating nonsenses and give up exercising.
