I have been getting sick lately, as in vomit sick and I don't know why, at first I thought there was a baby, but it's a definite confirmation that there isn't, I have been struggling to stay on track due to nausea and I'm loosing weight because of getting sick and I am not loving the idea of loosing because of malnutrition.

protein shakes. And in small quantity. one scoop every 2-3 hours.

are you banting or on a low carb diet such as keto. because you get Keto flu if you are.

Wouldn't say I have been banting as such but I have been trying to keep my carb intake to a minimum.

keep your sodium intake a bit high so that ur Keto flu subsides.. use pink Himalayan salt or sea salt for cooking ur food hun,. that's if u are on Keto
