Hihi nee, 1 banaan, 8 gr. cacaopoeder, 1 kopje sterke koffie (afgekoeld), 150 ml magere melk, 10 gr. eiwitpoeder, 10 gr. lijnzaad, 5 gr. sukrin gold én 40 gr. andijvie (omdat het op moest ☺️)
