97.9 Kg, Oh well had a feast past few days no training, yesterday had Nandos, chicken breast and wrap after wards, Fiver Chocolate, Tex, chocolate brownie, Fish and rice with potatoes, i think a had way more than my expected calories for the day however all is well will lose it again and get to 96 this week.

thanks guys to be honest yesterday i eat all the sugar and junk food my body almost felt sick, from eating healthy and all of a sudden brownies and chocolates and Marshmallows Easter Eggs i forgot :)

Oh and not forgetting i had a Liqui -Fruit juice which i never drink because of the 36g sugar content, almost as high as coke and advertised as no sugar

Don't worry Jashan r we all have our days 😁 Saturday it was my friend's birthday, we had nice food ,drinks and of course I baked a beautiful carrot cake for her! I reached my max calories ha ha

dude as long as you don't break your head over it because you know you'll still lose weight...one day's binge eating won't make you gain...it's just hitchhiking in your stomach for a bit...
