This weekend I made bad decisions... Went out for a fancy dinner and had a camembert and cranberry spring rolls and a huge steak with chips and creamy spinach... The next day I have a boerewors roll and a cappuccino (I knew I would hate myself for doing it but the temptation was too hard) ended the weekend with a very unhealthy roast... This week I will push myself harder and hopefully make up for my bad decisions.

I feel your pain my weekend went in the same vein every decision was a bad decision but on the upside you have breath in your lungs and determination in your heart so this week is going to be better because it can be.

I've given myself a break from counting calories on weekends. i eat what i want, in small portions. and ill make up for it during the week. you shouldn't hate yourself.
