OK so....I have been on the weight loss wagon for +- 10 years. I have been on and off this wagon so many times that its now broken n run down lol. But I still try getting back on cos if I don't I will lose the battle between living and existing. I've used fatsecret before and felt like it helped control my addiction to food. So this year when the 2018 resolutions rolled around (and surprise surprise, losing weight was one of them lol) I decided to re download this app. Now I have to admit I'm on the naughty list and my wagon has lost a tire....but long story short, scrolling through the posts and comments really does put things in perspective. You guys, as anonymous as we are lol, are a motivating force so please keep fighting the good fight. Cos there are ppl who need to hear tlyour stories (namely me!!!!). so ja, my thought for the day
