aberdeen angus beef chunks slow cooked in curry sauce with huge amounts of celery, celeriac, onion, red pepper, carrot, tomatoes and fresh herbs, garlic, ginger and apple cider vinegar. tastes fantastic especially as i have fasted for 22 hours. i smashed my 5km park run this morning.
