Daedt is so right...you kind of figure it out as you go along. In my opinion...FS is made up of super friendly, inspiring and supportive group of people on various journeys(some to lose & some to gain weight). It's a place of growth & learning - great recipes, tips & sharing experiences on different "diets". you can throw questions out and someone will usually reply. As time goes on - there are some people you kind of bond with/get inspired by and that I guess how we start following people(my opinion). Good luck on your journey and know that you are not alone:-)

Thanx for the encouragement. I've haven't been to skinnyville in many years but I hear its awesome ;). Its nice to hear from like minded ppl.

I have been looking for skinnyville for a VERY LONG time and I always got lost but found my map so I on my way... They say if you get there you will do anything to stay there...

Welcome! Good luck with your journey🍀 I started bootcamp this week and have been entertaining everyone around me as I am soooo stiff that even walking down or up a step has become comical! 😂 this is all in my ongoing effort to lose some weight and build some muscle. No pain, no gain I suppose.

@daedt - I can vouch for that! I lost 25kgs 6 years ago and I’ve never picked it up again and am constantly watching my weight.
