Training the body to eat less is not easy. Can be done but not easy.

I have to weigh myself tomorrow to see if there has been any loss. I cant feel anything but the scale will say. 2 more weeks of 500 Cal eating and Im done. By then I should be comfortable with eating from a side plate.
