It's been a year and a half since I have been on fat secret and right now i need the motivation I have had before to lose these extra kilos. On IF, I have managed to keep most of the weight off but I need to lose the xmas weight now. 6 days of clean eating so far, lets see how this goes.... good luck to everyone.
