A little progress, the last time I weighed it was in between 59 and 60 at least now its steady 59,Exercise helps a lot. I think this year I just want to focus on having a more balanced diet. The only thing that helps is having enough healthy snacks at work because I get hungry quickly with the small portions I eat. Weekends are a total problem-my husband loves to eat yummy things so I have to try to be strict in the week, I wonder if I will get past this sugar problem of mine..
