Thanks Everyone for all the comments. Yes; it's a hard road to travel, especially alone! Yes, it's a loooooong road to travel, with lots of ups and downs.. It's more to do with your will - power, than your motivation. Personally, I think Motivation is bullsh#t... You can have all the motivation in the world, but that won't DRIVE you to get to bed, get sufficient sleep to train, fuel your body correctly and get up the next day to repeat the cycle.

Thanks again for all the support and comments. Sallywu; I am fortunate to not have THAT MUCH loose skin... My main problem areas are around my belly, and my inner thighs. However, the more "fat" your body loses, the better the skin gets. Also, Intermittent fasting helped me "iron" my skin out. IF, calorie counting in eating periods, making sure to maximize your ketosis period by exercising/ training in ketosis (after 12 hours fasting). Fortunately I am lucky enough to have so little excess skin, that I can hide it pretty well with whatever I chose to wear. But, with that said; Another thing I've learnt ( and I think my old supporters can agree) your journey is never really over.. Once you've reached your "goal", your brain has already planned more goals. I don't see what I did as I diet. I see what I did as a lifestyle change. Your body gives you what you put in...
