There's one individual on my social media page, sharing dishes that contain soooo much cheese and saturated fat, and the immediate next post the person shares is a weight loss post. Wtf. This is why food is the hardest drug to overcome because it's absolutely fine to post addictive food promoting unhealthy lifestyle and the next post sharing how much weight you've lost, only to gain it again. Did I mention this individual is a health coach???
