started my day off very good, then bad choices followed. Look forward to another day and another go at better choices.
stress eating and boredom is my problem.

I had similar issues...I started having 3 meals a day try eat more protein it keeps you full and no need to have lots of illegals.when I have lunch or supper I always add a salad and veggies just to bulk up ...worked for me...good luck...also don't beat yourself up just step over and start again...you will get there
