I've taken the advice to meal prep. These will be my meal for the next 3 days. Its rice and wors with gravy.I was too lazy to include veges so I added them to the rice (peppers, sweetcorn, beans). At least I know I'm set.

well done...it's so easy and I freeze mine so I have a different meal every day...when I have 4 empty containers I make a new meal and then divide in 4 portions add label on my lid with all ingredients with grams then it's quick and easy to add into my fat secret app...Good Luck

It really is simple 😂it removes the stress of thinking about preparing next meal which is what used to bore me sometimes.
