Woolworths kj controlled wrap, shredded chicken breast, fat free smooth cottage cheese (I like Woolworths brand) mixed with salt/pepper/seasoning (woolies guacamole spice) tsp crushed garlic. Cucumber, baby tomatoes and jalapeños 😀
