Breakfast of champions! I have jungle oats (with apple) almost every day to keep me full until lunchtime. The cinnamon is also great to help stabilise blood sugar.

@Ronnie-E Yes! My fav fruit with jungle oats has to be banana, just love it. I think I eat a bowl of jungle oats 3x a week for breakfast.
