contemplating weighing myself tomorrow.. you know what they say.. you can manage what you don't measure blah blah blah... but I still battle those demons who want me to give up if I don't see fast results.. like in 2 days.. I liked eating so little and feeling lighter so quickly. always knew it wasn't sustainable but I saw the difference in my face. AND yes it wasn't sustainable.. that's why I've yo-yo'd for most of my teenage/adult life. I'm done with that life. I'm ready to be a better example for my daughter and put my health first. and screw what people say (like the rude lady who said I've gained weight), I have people who love me and I won't let another year go by of letting myself down. I owe it to myself to FINALLY become the best version of ME!

You have been around and know what to do .. just keep going! some weeks you'll lose a lot and some weeks just absolutely nothing!! I personally prefer to weigh weekly .. same weekday more or less same time after I wake up in the morning.
