Worked out for the first time today after my foots ligaments was torn, still hurting a small bit. Atleast got in ±35minutes in today. Just struggling with eye pain when I work out due to my glaucoma, I'm going to the eye clinic soon to get drops prescribed for the pressure. didn't even do it yet! Always tomorrow, tomorrow. Now I'm struggling.

I'm proud usually I am always busy with being a mom, a teacher to my disbaled boy. everything is busy. Then there is time for me.

But I'm managing. I'm happy to be back on track.
