I use baby spinach, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, leftover chicken from last night’s dinner (60 - 100g depending on how much you have), cheddar cheese (28g), gherkins and some grapes (60g).
I left out the other measures because they are so low in calories it doesn’t really matter!
