This weekend was a mixed bag for me. I didn't record food or exercise this weekend. There were a lot of carbs involved - especially Saturday - but also quite a bit of exercise. Took my daughter to the Farmer's Market first thing Saturday morning then were played for several hours outside with friends at a great park. There was jumping, swinging, walking, and paddle boating! Then Sunday we went to the pool together. I didn't get much exercise there as she is only 2 and can't be left unattended. I had intended to weigh in this morning but got distracted by the tantrum of a toddler and was halfway to work before I remembered so the scale will have to wait until tomorrow morning!
Back at work today where I find it much easier to drink the right amount of water and watch what I eat. Hopefully this evening I can get a quick work out (yoga) session in as well as some more housework - a never ending chore. I was pretty lax on getting anything done this weekend as I wanted to be outside spending quality time with my DD since I don't have her most weekends.
